FaithHaven is operated by Impact Consulting AI LLC ('FaithHaven,' 'we,' 'our,' or 'us'). By accessing and using FaithHaven, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

FaithHaven provides a platform that connects individuals seeking churches with Christian churches and religious organizations. Based on each user's answers about their beliefs, values, and preferences, and on what each church has confirmed about itself, FaithHaven suggests a few churches that may be worth a visit. It says plainly what a church has not confirmed, and it does not give churches scores, rankings, or percentages.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password

Restricting access to your computer and account

All activities that occur under your account

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use FaithHaven to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Impersonate any person or entity

Harass, abuse, or harm another person

Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information

Transmit spam or unsolicited messages

Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

5. Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to FaithHaven. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with providing the service.

6. Privacy

Your use of FaithHaven is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FaithHaven and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FaithHaven, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaithHaven and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

13. Subscription, Billing, Cancellation & Contact Information

FaithHaven's Welcome plan for churches is a paid subscription priced at $29.99 per month, charged to the payment method on file. Your subscription renews automatically every month at the same price until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from Subscription & Billing in your church dashboard; no need to contact support. Cancelling stops future renewal charges, and you keep Welcome plan access through the end of the period you already paid for. Charges already processed are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods; cancelling only prevents the next charge.
